To participate in the Mavericks Mentorship Affiliate Program, you must be at least 18 years of age and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Participation is subject to approval and can be revoked at any time at our discretion.

As an affiliate, you will earn a 30% commission on referred customers who subscribe to the Mavericks Mentorship Community. This applies to the monthly subscription fee for customers referred via your unique affiliate link.

Affiliates are expected to promote the Mavericks Mentorship Community in an ethical and honest manner. You must use the affiliate links provided to you and must not modify or tamper with the links. You may use the promotional materials we provide but must not create misleading content that could harm our brand.

Affiliates earn a 30% commission on the monthly subscription fee, currently priced at $47. Commissions are payable monthly, with a minimum payout threshold of $50. If the threshold is not met, earnings will be carried over to the following month.

The tracking mechanism for commissions is based on the systeme.io affiliate tracking system, which uses cookies with a lifespan of 30 days. Referrals must convert to a paid subscription within 30 days of the initial click on your affiliate link to be eligible for commission.

Commissions will be processed within 30 days of the end of each month. Payments are made via PayPal, and affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

If a referred customer cancels their subscription or receives a refund within the first month, the affiliate will not earn a commission on that transaction. Any chargebacks or disputes will result in commission deductions from future earnings.

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in unethical or illegal activities, including but not limited to sending unsolicited emails (spam) and misleading promotions. You may not bid on keywords or use trademarks related to Mavericks Mentorship in paid search campaigns.

Subscriptions to the Mavericks Mentorship Community are charged on a monthly basis. Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time but must do so before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming period.

Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

If payments are missed or the subscription is canceled, access to the Mavericks Mentorship Community will be terminated immediately.

Your participation in the affiliate program can be terminated at any time if you violate these terms. Grounds for termination include unethical promotion or the use of unauthorized promotional materials. Upon termination, any outstanding commission will be paid following a final review.

Affiliates are granted limited use of our promotional content. You may not alter or create new materials using Mavericks Mentorship Community branding without prior approval.

Mavericks Mentorship Community will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the program.

Mavericks Mentorship Community reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.

The laws of the Jurisdiction, excluding its conflicts of law rules, shall govern this agreement and your use of the Service. Your use of the Mavericks Mentorship Affiliate Program may also be subject to other local, state, national, or international laws.
